Terms of Service for Lublin Logic Services

The Lublin Logic Services website is used to present our services in the field of Big Data analysis and neural network implementation. By using this service, you accept the rules contained in this document. We operate in Lublin at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 22 since 2016. During this time, we have already helped 83 local entrepreneurs organize their numbers and find real savings. Our communication is simple: numbers don't lie, which is why we expect the data provided in contact forms to be reliable and true.

We do not allow the use of the site to send unsolicited commercial offers or attempts to hack into our analytical systems. We tidy up data, so we also care about information purity in our service. Every user has the right to browse blog content and the offer, as long as it is done in a manner consistent with the law and good customs. We reserve the right to modify content on the site at any time, as AI technology develops dynamically and we always want to provide current facts.

Any prices given in the service, such as 1,480 PLN for a starting audit, are informative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. Facts on the table: every company has a different data structure, so we send the final cost estimate only after a short, 15-minute initial talk. We check facts, we don't guess, so before signing a contract, we must glance at your sheets or warehouse systems. Most of our projects, like automatic reports, we close within 11 to 23 business days.

• Starting audit: payable once after delivery of the error report.
• Steady monitoring: settled on a monthly cycle (860 PLN).
• AI implementations: quoted individually based on the number of historical transactions.

The payment term for invoices is usually 7 calendar days. Honestly, we aren't the cheapest option on the market, but our systems pay off for clients in 4 months on average. If you are late with payment, we will first simply call you to clarify the situation because we focus on partnership relations.

All descriptions of analysis methods, graphics, and blog content are the property of Lublin Logic Services. We protect our knowledge developed since 2016. Do not copy our texts without asking for permission – in Lublin we all know each other and it's better to collaborate than steal someone else's work. As for your company data that you provide to us for analysis, we treat it as the highest secret. We do not share your customer lists or sales results with third parties. All operations on data are performed on your servers or in secure, encrypted clouds.

In the process of customer segmentation or warehouse forecasting, we use proprietary algorithms. Upon completion of collaboration, you have the right to demand deletion of all data samples from our working media. We tidy up data not only for clients but also for ourselves, so we regularly clean databases of outdated information. The security of your business is as important to us as our profit. We do not take responsibility for wrong purchasing decisions made based on our reports if your input data was incomplete or contained errors that could not be detected systemically.

Our financial responsibility is limited to the amount of remuneration you paid for a given stage of work. We are not responsible for lost benefits if failure of your external server prevented the chatbot from working for several hours.
