How quickly will I see the first results?
We usually send the first specific reports after 11 business days from giving us access to files. According to our calculations, implemented systems pay for themselves for 83 of our clients on average within 4 months.
My Excel is one big mess. Can you handle it?
Honestly? Almost every company we work with has a mess in sheets and invoices. You don't have to prepare or clean anything. We start by tidying up the data – it's a standard stage of work for us.
Do I need to know IT or AI?
No. We build tools so they are as simple to operate as a calculator. Every employee after a short, 15-minute training will know how to read the profit. Numbers don't lie, and reading them must be fast.
Who will have access to my company secrets?
All data stays on your servers or in secured clouds to which only you have keys. We don't share your sales results or customer lists with anyone, even other Lublin companies. (It would simply be unfair).
How much of my time will such an implementation take?
Right at the start, we need about 3.2 hours of your attention to understand how money flows in your business. Then Marek and the team act independently. Once a week you will get a short summary of progress from us.
